Hyperball Field Grand Opening

San Diego, Ca -- March 28, 2002
Velocity Paintball is pleased to announce that our new 5-man Hyperball field will be opening on Friday March 29th just in time for spring break weekend. The field was designed as a 5-man tournament practice field but will also be used for recreational play. The new field is 180' long, 91' wide and totals just over 17000 square feet and cost approximately $15,000 to construct. The field was played during the prior week by Velocity Staff and some team players and their initial responses were favorable. The field will have minor changes made in the coming weeks to "fine tune" the field. The field is primarily for more advanced players due to its "low" design. We invite everybody to come on up to Velocity Paintball Park and try out the new Hyperball field.
